Refund policy

All our items are custom made for each client and are treated as special orders. They are not refundable. 

Deposits / Quotes

All custom jobs and products require a 70% non-refundable deposit. If, however, manufacturing and material procurement has not begun, you may allocate your deposit to a different product. Renouve Studios may charge a penalty fee equivalent to the cost per hour of time spent planning for said job prior to the allocation to a different product. Changes to the design which result in extra planning will also be charged for.

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the quotation received is accurate in all respects before completing the placement of any order and/or making payment of any deposit. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Renouve Studios be required to permit any alteration or cancellation to any order placed by the Customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This would be in the form of a replacement or repair.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not exchange items.
