The Avalon dining table is an elegant, industrial and functional design. Boasting a solid 16mm steel plate base, this table sits rock solid in place.
Peak under the top in the last slide to see how we made sure this table stays flat with countersunk, slotted C-Channel that keeps the top flat while still allowing the wood to expand and contract seasonally.
Steel components are powder coated in the color of your choice. Shown above in Matte Black.

Outdoor Use
For outdoor use, we use a UV rated finish on suitable outdoor compatible species like Teak or Iroko.
The table top is left unglued or with gaps between the boards to allow rain to drain off the top as well as to allow for the natural seasonal movement of the wood.
